Operation process
After the equipment arrives at the factory, the customer needs to fix the walking wheels (2 directional wheels and 2 universal wheels) under the equipment with M6 bolts, with 2 directional wheels at the outlet and 2 universal wheels at the inlet.
Fix the DN150 gas valve to the inlet with M12 bolts and connect it to the discharge port of the master batch mixer with a soft bag. The connection should be smooth and facilitate the flow of the master batch.
Cut off the iron wire during the transportation of the weighing hopper to keep the sensor in a relaxed state.
Connect the 6 square meter three-phase four wire cable into the control cabinet, ensuring that the rotation direction is consistent with the arrow.

maintenance
Bearings should be regularly lubricated for maintenance, and they should be replaced in a timely manner when severely worn.
If material leakage is found along the shaft, it indicates that the seal is damaged and needs to be replaced.
When the motor is weak or overheated, it should be stopped for inspection.
The mixing triangular belt for Ø 219 is B1200, and the ingredient triangular belt for 165 is B1100.
This device is an intelligent PLC control program. Without company guidance, try not to modify other parameters to avoid delaying production.
